What other information do I need to supply to accept shifts as a locum on the HeyLucy! platform?
After signing up on the HeyLucy! app, there are several pieces of information that you will need to complete your locum profile to accept shifts.
Onboarding essentials -
• Your full name
• Your birth date
• A document to prove your identity
- A passport, driver’s licence or birth certificate
• Your residential address
- This is not supplied to anyone on the platform. However, for a shift in which you are being paid to travel, the distance travelled will be calculated from your home address to the clinics address. This means that you don’t need to submit any odometer readings. This is all magically automated within our platform
• Your bank account details
- So you can be paid the very next day! No fees are being deducted from your bank account. Just sweet, sweet cash rolling in as you complete shifts.
• Your superannuation account details
- So that your superannuation contributions can be made to your account. If you are registered as a company, you will not need to supply this information. You will make your own superannuation contributions.
• Ahpra number and expiry date
• Sole trader or company? We also require your ABN number
• Professional liabilities insurance certificate and expiry date
• CPR certificate
Onboarding non-essentials -
Some workplaces may require these depending on the shift. If you have them, please upload them to your profile.
• Police clearance + expiry (3 year validity)
• Working with children check + expiry (5 year validity)
• First Aid certificate
